I have three grown children and two grand children, Jamie or the Jamster, and in 2008 my grandson Max was born to my daughter Dana. Max is a miracle baby, born at 26 weeks and now except for some feeding issues at the end of 2009 Max is doing fine. Pop now a 30 year old mare has had me all to herself for 7+ years. She now has to share me with Sadie. Now we have Sadie I don't ride Pop anymore but she is still a buddy. We are keeping Pop until but her time is coming. I wish I could explain how much Sadie means to me. She is a safe mare now and a gem to ride; I absolutely adore her. Pop is very, very old, with her last breath I think she'll beg for a treat.. Horses are fun to ride; but they can be your best friends.Pop will always have her special place; now Sadie is making a place all her own. "When I die God forbid I should go to a heaven without horses"
